Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Prize Description

Prize: The grand prize consists of a Full EFS MRP 2.5 Suspension Kit, with a total estimated value of up to $5,000 AUD. Items included in a kit might include EFS MRP 2.5 shock absorbers, struts, EFS coil springs, EFS leaf springs and other suspension components.

2. How to Enter

To participate in this promotion, entrants must submit their name, phone number, email address, vehicle make, model, and year via the entry form available at win.efs4wd.com.au. Entries will be accepted until 9pm 30 November 2023.

3. Prize Draw

The draw for the prize will take place on December 1, 2023, at 1:00 PM (AEST). The selected winner will be contacted via phone and email. The results will also be announced on EFS 4x4 Accessories' official social media channels, and an email notification will be sent to all subscribed entrants.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open exclusively to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older. Entry is not available to directors, management, employees, or their immediate family members of Carroll’s Springs, EFS, or the EFS 4x4 Accessories Dealer Network.

5. Prize Redemption

We will work with you to select the right components for your kit and organise delivery to you.

The selected vehicle must be chosen from the MRP 2.5 Vehicle Availability list. Please note that certain items may not be in stock, and there may be a waiting period to receive your kit.

Fitting of the kit and postage is not included.

6. Other Conditions & Information

One valid entry per person or email address, multiple entries or fake names may result in an invalid entry or forfeited prize.

The Promoter is not liable for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.

The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize in the event that an entrant is unable to meet these terms and conditions or forfeits the prize. If the prize remains unclaimed by 5:00 PM (Queensland time) on Monday, December 4, 2023, a second chance draw will be conducted on Tuesday, December 5, 2023.

All entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The names of the winners may be utilized for promotional purposes by the Promoter to announce the conclusion of the giveaway.
